Turning every event into an opportunity for lasting connection.
You've already built momentum. People are registering, your outreach has a compelling community offer, and you have a follow-up process in place.
That's a starting point worth building on.
With the events approaching, I'd focus on a few practical improvements that make it easier for people to find the events, register, and actually attend.

The revival doesn't have a clear registration path on the main website. On mobile, the registration button and other site elements may also create unnecessary friction.
What I'd recommend:Give each event one prominent, easy-to-find registration button. Make sure the experience works smoothly on mobile, where many people will encounter your advertising.
Why it matters:Every unnecessary step creates another opportunity for someone to leave before registering.
Event names, addresses, times, and prize information appear differently across some of the public-facing pages. The Eventbrite registration page could also benefit from stronger, consistent event branding and clearer imagery.
What I'd recommend:Standardize the event details everywhere people encounter them—ads, website, Eventbrite, and confirmation messages.
Why it matters:Consistency builds confidence and makes it easier for someone to know exactly where to go, when to arrive, and what to expect.
Blessing Day and the Awakening weekend are happening together, but their public-facing registration journeys don't clearly introduce attendees to the other event.
What I'd recommend:With proper Meta Pixel tracking in place, we could build retargeting audiences from eligible website visitors and introduce them to the other event through advertising. For these upcoming events, we can still create natural opportunities to cross-promote through SMS confirmations and reminders, where consent permits.
Why it matters:Someone who comes for Blessing Day may also be interested in the revival, Sunday services, and everything else Victory Today Church is building.
You're using Clearstream to communicate with registrants.
What I'd recommend:Confirm that every registrant receives accurate event details, followed by a timely reminder before the event and another on the event day, where consent permits.
Why it matters:A registration is the beginning. We want people to remember, arrive, and have a great experience.
Without access to Meta Ads Manager, we can't determine which ads are generating the strongest results, how efficiently the budget is being spent, or whether conversion tracking is properly configured.
What I'd recommend:Implement or verify Meta Pixel tracking wherever technically supported, along with the appropriate conversion events. Without it, we're potentially missing valuable insights into what people do after clicking an ad, opportunities to retarget interested audiences, and data that can help Meta optimize campaign delivery.
Pair that tracking with ongoing performance monitoring to identify what's working, improve underperforming ads, and make smarter budget decisions.
Why it matters:Better data helps us spend more effectively, recover missed opportunities, and build stronger campaigns for future events.

With crusades, revival weekends, Sunday services, and discipleship programs continuing throughout the year, there's an opportunity to build one connected marketing system.
The goal is to make every event easier to promote, every registration easier to manage, and every new connection an opportunity for lasting ministry impact.
